Hello Heathfield! MP Nusrat Ghani and Police Commissioner Katy Bourne join Conservative campaign team

Sussex Weald Conservatives campaign team took to the streets of Heathfield and were joined by Nus Gahni MP and the Sussex Police and Crime Commissioner, Katy Bourne OBE.

The day was spend talking to residents and businesses about local issues and our new High Street campaign.

A break for lunch at the Heathfield Tavern was accompanied by rousing words from Nus and an update from Westminster.

"Understanding the value of engagement is important. Visibility is critical and the people we spoke to were genuinely pleased to see us out and about. Electors want to see more of us and this is the only way we will win back East Sussex", says Edward Butler, Deputy Chairman (Political).

Look out for the team visiting your area as the campaign towards 2027 local elections gains momentum.
