Conservative councillor Keith Glazier, Leader of East Sussex County Council would like to wish you all a very Happy Christmas.
In this short video message he touches on the rich mix of different people and different communities that make East Sussex special. And how Christmas will mean different things to each of us.
For Councillor Glazier, "Christmas is about family, friendship, kindness and respecting each other. That’s part of the traditional Christian message. And it’s also how we can best make a difficult world work for us all.
“We don’t have to agree on everything. We can’t but we must listen to each other and accept that other people may see things differently.
“I think in East Sussex we get it right more often than not. I regularly see the kindness and support in our communities.
“I really hope that spirit can be the hallmark of 2026
