Conservative county councillor Gerard Fox joined Nus Ghani MP for Wealden to visit Bridgeside Surgery in Hailsham and participate in their open morning and to support the delivery of flu jabs to registered patients.
Bridgeside surgery is the smallest in Hailsham, providing medical services to around 6,500 patients. As the NHS winter vaccine programme is now underway, Bridgeside surgery is currently offering flu vaccinations, with clinics being held almost every day. Around 300 jabs were delivered to registered patients at the surgery on the morning of Nusrat’s visit.
Nusrat Ghani said: “I was pleased to meet its fantastic team and witness the delivery of the flu jab to local residents. The whole operation ran seamlessly and the feedback from the patients I spoke to was great.
